Not eligible for refunds

These are customized digital deliverables generated from your input data. Due to their personalized nature, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Example: Access to digital copies of a company's process document packs, process maps, SWOT analysis, SIPOC analysis, ISO gap analysis, business process re-engineering readiness report etc. These are customized reports and are generated once based on your data and cannot be returned/refunded.

Subscription-based services

Eligible for Refund
  • Cancel anytime by going to your account settings.
    Settings > Account Settings > Subscriptions
  • Full refund offered within 3 days.
  • After 3 days, charges are applied on a pro-rata basis.
  • Since Annual plans are discounted for bulk rates, these will be recalculated at full monthly rates and refund will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the refunds calculator below for details.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days, and are subject to an additional 3% refund processing fee.
